Redactor.dev Privacy Policy

Version dated 14 October 2026. Contact: inbox@redactor.dev.

1. Data and purposes

Names, email addresses and sign-in data provide service access; IP addresses, browser details and activity data support security; messages support assistance. We obtain data from you and your use of the service. Legal bases are contract performance, service protection and legitimate interests where applicable, legal obligations, and consent for specified optional purposes.

Redactor.dev is responsible for this processing. Uploaded materials are processed on your instructions under the Terms.

2. Access and cookies

Access is limited to authorised people and storage, communications and AI providers as necessary. When you use the agent, project context, including images and task history, may be transmitted to it. Processing abroad may occur with required safeguards; information about them is available on request. We disclose data to public authorities where legally justified.

Cookies support sign-in and language: sessions last 30 days, renewed during use; language preferences last one year. Browser settings and drafts remain until deletion. Manage them through browser settings.

3. Retention and deletion

Account and project data remain until deletion or account closure; support messages until resolution; records for a specific dispute or investigation until it ends; mandatory records for the statutory period.

When service ends, at your choice we return data and delete copies, or delete without return. You may request deletion earlier. We delete without undue delay within mandatory deadlines, including backups under our control. Legally required retention is limited to its purpose and period. Independent public third-party copies may remain.

4. Your rights

At inbox@redactor.dev, request access, correction, export, erasure, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. We verify requests and respond within mandatory deadlines. You may contact a supervisory authority or court.

We notify you of material policy changes before the relevant processing starts.
